It is quite scary that only a couple of hours' rain can completely disrupt life in a city like Delhi. For instance, today (August 2, 07) it took me over two hours to cover 25 km between Gurgaon and CP.
Most of the time was taken by traffic jams at busy intersections only because of some waterlogging (nowhere as serious as these pictures)and malfunctioning of some traffic lights.
